Cal Region 1 - irrigation duration

I live in San Diego, coastal region (1) and just installed a drip irrigation system with auto timer. I'm looking for some advice on how long to water for and how often these summer mo this I'm considering 15 min in the morning and 5 midday, if the plants start wilting from the heat
