12" square sheets of black hex tile. Most tile places will carry something very similar. These were purchased at a local tile store in SF.

Where did you get the extra-recessed toilet paper holder? I'd like to add that to my bath remodel for some extra space!

The recessed toilet paper unit is a custom job. I designed it and my contractor built it.
