I'm hoping somebody can help. A few months ago, I planted 3 tangerine cross vines in pots my back yard in San Antonio, Texas. All three receive about the same amount of sun and water. One of them, as seen in the picture, has started to develop spots on the leaves. I'm not sure why, but definitely want to treat it. Can anybody provide any suggestions, please? Thanks!
