My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

You can get Red Dragon at Arizona Tile, which has locations in Dallas and Houston. IMC may carry it too, and Stone Source may be another option, in Houston-- Pricey, but they get gorgeous premium slabs. You can also call around to local stone distributors and ask if they carry it. Inventory can change often, depending on what they are getting in. Hope this helps!
