If you spray-kill trees, they'll still need to be removed after they're dead. Killing them won't make them disappear.

I want them to die before removing them or else they'll grow right back???

Are these trees growing from roots or from seeds?

If from seeds spraying to kill them will not do anything to stop new growth because new seeds will simply germinate and grow in time.
