My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Lower Cabinet Access

Are the cabinets under the sink and cooktop designed to be functional? I am in the midst of a project where I'm considering something similar. Would love to know if the homeowner using the wheelchair uses them. Thanks.

    we followed the Ada guidelines, and they do have a shelf inside, but mainly it is to hide the plumbing
