What should I do with the left side of the back wall of my kitchen?

Area to left of the fridge is painted. On the right there is a tile backsplash (1 " pale blue green glass).

Should I add a backsplash? Same tile as the right side, or something complimentary?

(In addition to replacing the under counter lights so they match. Ha, ha, just noticed!)
