Help with identifying eggs on tomato leaves

Hi, I've been searching through the web and I couldn't find any useful information, that's why I'm coming here in hope someone will be able to help me.

I've discovered a small cluster of eggs on the underside of one of the tomato leaves (hopefully that's the only one). They're mostly dark, maybe a little purplish and a few are light and greenish. There's 14 of them.

I'm asking this because I don't want to destroy potentially beneficial bugs.

I'm attaching a few pictures so it's easier to see how they look:

Yw... update with what you discover. BTW... there's a forum called Insects

Post a thread there too in case one of the insect experts doesn't watch the main board.

If you don't get a definitive answer soon (often, dark eggs are a sign of them getting ready to hatch,) cut off the leaf and put it in a jar. Watch it often see what comes out.

I had some tiny cocoons that I was afraid were caterpillars, turned out that they were beneficial wasps. Out to the garden they went! Whether they stayed there...

Actually a pretty smart idea... Don't know why I didn't do exactly that already. :D I'll wait until the evening and do it if i don't get any definite answers.

The closeup images show us the perfect little barrel-shaped eggs of common stink bugs, a very common visitor to our gardens. HERE'S an image.

Finally hatched. And they're not stink bugs. What came out are little tiny little flying and jumping fruit fly like bugs. Black, wings, and really small (I'd guess 0.02 inches big). I'm thinking pests. Could they be aphids?
