Dave (Digdirt) I need your help!

I live in Central Arkansas and am new to gardening. Last year I lost all my tomato plants to septoria so have made sure I sprayed Daconil weekly and after every rain this year….which sometimes has been daily. I know you are very knowledgeable and would love your advice. Even with spraying I have gotten gray leaf spot this year on some of my plants. They are in raised beds and planted using Earl's Hole method. Would BioSafe be a good disease control to alternate with Daconil? Also, do I need to spray after every rainfall even if it's daily? I so wish you lived in central Arkansas so I could pick your brain in person!!!! Your comments on the forum have taught me a ton!!! Thanks! Of course anyone else's advice is welcome!
