Can drop down distance be increased?

I have a 12 foot ceiling , need to drop down to 34 inches above pool table

    HI, yes this is adjustable. The overall shortest from the ceiling to the bottom of the light is 33" and the longest is 54".

    Yes but ceiling is 12 feet high, 144-54=90,,,, 90-32(table height)= 58 in this height should be between 32-34 inches,,,,this light can not work properly for ceilings over 10 feet high?

    Regarding overall shortest from the ceiling to the bottom of the light is 33", why is the size dimensions for H = 11"?
