thank you so much for your kind comments - that sounds like a challenging project! In the past, to maximize floor space, and also give kids room to play and grow, we've implemented bunk beds that feature twin size on top, and full size on bottom - which allows for the bottom bunk to be used more like a 'sofa' or hanging out space when needed....you also might want to consider some oversize floor cushions (google 'crashmats') for fun, easily moveable seating.
when it comes to the overall paint and accents - this is the spot where you can really set the tone - I've attached a photo of a Harley themed office for inspiration ~ !

The valance is custom made! We used a ready-made purchased Harley patch/emblem, then embellished with a leather look vinyl and another fabric, and applied nailhead trim...
The metal piece was, again, created by our design team, using a ready-made purchased Harley logo decal, then applied to a metal sheet we cut and inserted rivets, for that industrial look.
check your local Harley Davidson shop ~ typically, besides the bikes ~ they have great odds-and-ends, such as decals, stickers, patches, home decor, blankets (which can be made into pillows or valances, etc) Happy Decorating!

I love the baseball curtains! Where can I get those?

We actually custom designed these particular curtains. Using the perfect white fabric, and shoe-lace type cording to create the baseball "stitching" , our workroom did an outstanding job fabricating these to our specifications!

Unfortunately, we can't :-( Our design studio specializes in whole home interior design, typically from the ground up (from pre-construction planning to interior architectural detailing, and then furnishing). However, you should find a drapery workroom in your area (try a google search for "drapery workroom" - and with your measurements and inspiration photo - i am sure you could create a replica with a local source!
