Kaitlyn, start by looking at mapleleaf viburnum. It's one of the variants of that tribe, I believe. The reddish stamens within the flowers are descriptive of one specific type, which I don't recall at the moment, but it's somewhere in there.

both species mentioned match the description, but I'm guessing it probably is P. opulifolius. The mapleleaf viburnum species suggestion does help me out with another plant I found, so thank you!

The viburnum produces different flowers, leaves and has a different (opposite) leaf arrangement.
