My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for your question. We purchased the chandelier from Fergusons, a national plumbing and lighting retailer. The chandelier is made by Thomasville Lighting by Progress. The light shown is from the Noir collection, and is the mid-sized version. The specs are included in this link to the chandelier on Ferguson's website:
