My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for your kind words! We got the Capiz light over the dining area from West Elm. The three polished nickel fixtures over the island were from Lowcountry Lighting in Mt. Pleasant, SC. We bought the cabinet pulls from Ferguson Enterprises in N. Charleston, SC. I think they were called Skinny Linea. Good luck with your project.
