My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Our new kitchen

Moved into new home with wall paper everywhere. Spent some money to make it come alive.

    Oh, dear God! They put that wallpaper on the ceiling too?!!! Nice job on the re-do, but the scalloped wood above the sink looks outdated, I'd remove that, it's out of place with the new look.

    It will "come alive" more with a few live plants in pretty planters on the counter, maybe figure out what to do with that large blank space above the cabinets too.

      Wow!!! That doesn't even look like the same kitchen!!! That wall paper is atrocious!!! Wall paper on the ceiling??? Looks so much better now!!

      If anyone can figure out how to move pictures from my account to this discussion. I took more pictures but can't put here, and not home, although by now I'm sure the kitchen is a huge mess to post pics

      Pcmom1, wall paper everywhere. The foyer you saw in another discussion, the bathrooms are very retro, dining room is like the foyer. But, yes the kitchen was the one room I insisted on doing the first week we moved in. I needed an Advil every time I walked in
