Help!!! What's wrong with my pepper?

I grew this one from seed. It's been healthy until now. The baby leaves are now curly. Something is wrong. Please see picture. This happens to other plants as well, not just pepper. What should I do? This is some kind of contagious desease. It's freaking me out seeing all my baby suffering. Please help.
