Do you use that square bath tub? If its rarely used, you could consider removing it and the shower stall completely and, then have a reputable contractor replace it with a large custom glass enclosed shower with a full sit down bench across the top end with dual shower heads. A hand held plus a rain showerhead and dual controls. I happen to also have a 2 person jetted tub which I would not install next time I build a house.
