Years ago there was a chain of these steakhouses around similar to Bonanza. I used to get a strip steak with mushroom sauce on top. I've been trying to create this sauce for a long time, but unable to. I'm a pretty good cook and make a good sauce but it's not like I used to get. Has anyone worked at one years ago? If so would like to know the recipie. They have one location in Ohio left, emailed the to try and get but no response
