I am considering replacing my 60 inch single sink/vanity with two 36 inch vanities. I will need to remove my jetted tub that I never use to do this. Is this a could idea for resale? I have a shower in this bathroom already.

first off, satisfy yourself, and not a Mythical Future Buyer.

that said,

as long as the shower is LARGE and not a 36 x 36 or smaller square stall, you are fine for resale. these days when people say they prefer a shower to a tub, they have in mind a fancy shower with a rain head and no step over and just a glass panel with no door.

If resale is soonish, talk to a local real estate agent.
