We needed to replace the clapboard due to weather damage. We replaced the clapboard using HardiPlank cement siding in Evening Blue, a really nice dark blue-gray. I am having a difficult time deciding on the trim. I really would prefer not to have all white as we are in an older historic area with houses using multiple trim colors ( such as in the bay or window itself). I am thinking of painting the windows only black, trim around the windows a white or slight off- white but am at a loss inside the bay. Should I go with the evening blue or perhaps gray. My husband prefers Ben Moore paints. Any and all suggestions welcome.
Oh also we are connected to our neighbor, thus the coordination on the siding color.
