If you have an indoors worm bin

It pays to use the " apple cider vinegar" method against fruit flies. I keep a couple dishes of the stuff in my home. One in the kitchen and one where I keep my worm bins. In fact one sits right on top of the bins. It seems they can more easily get into the homemade bin than the 360 but it is the type of food waste they will be attracted to.

Just in case you are in the dark about this method. Just pour some ACV in a small dish, add a drop or two of dish soap, cover with saran wrap, poke holes in the wrap big enough for the flies and waalaa! They are attracted to this mixture like ants to sugar.
