Hi! We just bought a new house and the previous owners seriously neglected the side yard. There are rocks (the larger ones) in the flower beds. I'm sure at one point it looked nice but now it looks HORRIBLE and raggedy. I want to remove them all, put down soil and put in a few nice plants. My husband is convinced this will be next to impossible though. What's the best way to go about this? I found an idea on Pinterest to put newspaper over the dirt and then put soil over that to keep grass and weeds from popping up. Would that help?
