Moving Electrical Panel

Hello,
We are in the process of a remodel for our Southern California home. We put it new kitchen, added bath, new electrical and plumbing. They have also started building a deck that we can access from kitchen. We now realize that the electrical panel interferes with the stairs on the and is a huge eye sore. Any way to move it to side of the house?
We don't want to much damage on the inside since kitchen and new bath are done and we have moved back in.
