Thinking about painting over this tile with a lighter color. The tile isn't original, nor does it match the other fireplaces in my home. The living room doesn't get a ton of natural light and I feel like the fireplace is a black hole (I know the large speaker doesn't help...unfortunately it has to stay nearby). The wall color is Sherwin Williams "bamboo shoot."
