My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Linda! Thanks for your interest in our homes. The flooring in that picture is an engineered wood product. Very durable and pretty popular in our new homes. Gives you the benefits of the look and feel of a real wood floor, without the maintenance and warping concerns.

    @mbishop11 We use a wide variety of flooring brands, but most often our vendor is Star Lumber here in Wichita. Hope that helps!
