My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Karen - this floor is a brushed english oak from our own supplier and costs appx £75.00 per sq metre plus installation , if you require more details, please do not hesitate to contact me and we can perhaps arrange samples or more specifications , it was a solid Oak on an engineered base. I hope this is of some help, best regards Malcolm Duffin.
