I see what is being called a deck. I am uncertain, I think, seeing this as to what a deck is really defined as. This is more a walkway, a runner perhaps, but a deck? The second question is function. Other than appearance to add warmth to the cold aesthetic of the structure (with Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome chains and all - is this Tina Turner's house?), what is its purpose? Not to walk down with the chains hanging in the middle of it, right?
