Nice combination of foliage in the last photo. If it were me, I would move them in early fall, whenever it starts to cool down a bit and keep them well-watered until hard freeze. Mulch them for the winter so they don't heave with frosts.

The holes could be from the grasshoppers, but also could be from Japanese beetles (or asiatic beetles) which are pretty active at this time of year.

I wanna move the old plant as well, its too big to be in the front and it covers the other plants around, should i wait till fall to do that as well?

I would since in fall the soil is still warm, but the air is cooler and the nights longer there is less stress on the plants.
