Not much you can do about stems that are bent over...that's mechanical damage, and if you try to put them back as they were, you may break them.

I would get two longer stakes, and position them in such a way that you can lift the ends of the spikes up a bit so as to take the pressure off the bent spot, and assure that the vascular tubes in the stem are not crimped and can still supply nutrients to the unopened buds. Just use the butterfly clips and move them so as to clip the stems to the stake in a more upright position. Be careful not to put too much pressure on the bent spot on the stem.
