My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A happy accident. The flash kept going off so I upped the ISO to 200 to stop it. Trying to catch the unusual color of this bud on Angel Face in early evening. It's not perfect but closer than I've come before. As it opens that peculiar shade saturated rich "pink" disappears.

The weekend's job was to find the right spot for Don Juan and this climbing version of Angel Face. Tropical storms interferred. Lots of thunder with almost an inch of rain! Unheard of in July. Now where's that camera's manual?
