Master Bed/Bath Reno

My husband and I recently purchased a 1975 bungalow that is in significant need of updating. We are starting with the end of the house with the bedrooms. We are thinking of converting the two-piece master en-suite into a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom connecting what would then be our second and third bedrooms. We would then close off the current main bath and make it the master en-suite (moving the shared wall to make the bathroom smaller and the master bigger). We are debating between a small walk-in before the master bath, or a large wardrobe style closet along the shared wall with the second bedroom (and stealing from space from that bedroom). Thoughts? We are also struggling with the layout of the master bath given some of the weird angles we have to work with.
