Kitchen remodeling advice

Hi there, I am planning on remodeling my kitchen and staring with refacing my cabinets, installing Quartz countertops and adding a backsplash. Need design help for all including backsplash color. My style is Mediterranean/Spanish/Tuscan I have traditional cabinets. My current wall color is a burnt spice orange and the ceramic tile floors are a marble cream and match the Quartz countertops I plan on getting. l also plan to place a large bisque under mount sink to match bisque appliances that are staying with a large oil bronze faucet. My First thought was medium to dark pecan colored cabinets that match the coffee table shown with a cream marble style Quartz and a cream color brick backsplash with Spanish tile above stove and random Spanish style tiles throughout backsplash but need some advice. Also I need decor advice for above the cabinets. Help!! I'm also having a custom cabinet range hood installed to match whatever cabinet color I decide. I hate the grey stove hardware, any idea where I can get a different color and any advice on other colors? they will also be staining the dining table and TV niche the same color of cabinets. Also I want to add some stone or travertine on the island where some new wrought iron bar stools will go. What kind and color of tile/stone should I cover the island?

l have a lot of wrought iron decor on walls and the island and table chandeliers are brand new. I know Tuscan style is not that popular anymore but I'm not interested in a design that is "popular" ex: the grey and white themes and I personally think that style is a fad and more people should be doing Mediterranean these days lol. This room gets a lot of natural light and is connected to a small family room where my two young children and husband spend a lot of time in and where they make plenty of messes. Thank you in advance. The last picture is a possible backsplash with random Spanish tiles and two possible quartz countertop options. I just painted the room a burnt orange to create a warm space and to go with the Spanish theme I love. I would be willing to change the color just need advice on what color? Thank you in advance.

I really like your kitchen, but the rust paint on the walls...I would change that first.

I like the dark wood look, I think it is very warm. But it will make your room much darker if you leave the walls the color they are. Could you do a cream on the walls? Not sure how that would tie in with your appliances and counters. Lightening up the backsplash should help too.

You mentioned decor above the cabinets. I would leave it empty. What you have up there now looks good too. Just be careful about filling it up with decorative items, I think it makes the kitchen look cluttered.

Enjoy picking out your new kitchen:)

I think getting a sample of the med and dark woods for the cabs would help in deciding. along with a sample of the cream quartz countertop. I wouldn't be much help on what to use as a top for the island that is different tho. I'd wait to decide on the BS til counters/cabs are in.

but getting these things to bring home and put up next to the appl etc would make a big difference.

have you thought about an induction cooktop to replace the one you have?

I'd definitely change the wall color. It's too dark and not enough contrast with the cabs.

have you thought about having some of the lower cabs changed into drawers? all if the budget allows it...

That white baseboard needs to go . You don't see that in Spanish kitchens.

If you really, REALLY like the Mediterranean/Spanish theme you mention....which I would personally analyzeand scrutinize your elements in those terms...are you seeking warmth/intensity/style/wrought iron mixed in/sunshine flowing.....what is it exactly... you can have warmth without the deep coloration....is it the metallic touches? sun?-then unveil your windows from the heavy curtains and maybe ADD windows/skylite........anyway, for your stated preference, I would beam or texturize the ceiling-the white looks wrong..probably address the white door looming there in the background too.....and I would add another strong color like cobalt blue somewhere ...the wall paint doesn't bother me .....some find it needing redone....the space is large enough....go with texture and another color....maybe tile in the blue shade or texturize or cover with rustic wood , the island vertical surfaces-is that just wallboard? Is the new hood snazzy enough to get a theme going for color, and edit elsewhere in this space-clear off some of the wall things/take down the curtains/remove the different ceiling lite fixturess/fan, etc.....
