Find a custom woodshop in your area. They will be able to make them in the size you want.

You might want to look at suppliers like vandyke or vintage woodworks online for examples, the ones you picture seem pretty blocky to me. (I think corbels should be proportioned to look like they are supporting the visual load, the ones you show are way overkill for a tiny roof.) A good carpenter or woodworking shop should easily be able to make these for you. I'd strongly consider making any decorative elements out of Azek-like material, such elements seem very prone to peeling paint and rot. If wood I'd choose something like cypress.
