My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I am curious -- did you ever find someone. I have several chairs similar to those in your picture, some need recaning now, some will soon. am just outside Philadelphia. thanks!

    My chair also needed repairing, so I ended up replacing the caning with a dark chocolate leather seat. I found someone locally (I like upstate) who does upholstering and repairing. Turned out beautifully. But I cut out the caning and saved it to be framed!
