I think the door should not be a true black, more toward a green black, and the driveway should be a light tone...like the Swiss Coffee and not a full hot top. Add some stone.

HI -- Desert Tan sounds good and make sure you get the proper paint for the brick part ." Manchester Tan " is also a nice house color .... by BM paints . I don't think you need the Swiss Coffee (also nice house color) for the trim ... you do not need to outline the windows etc. It will be more modern to just do the whole house in the one color. Don't forget to paint the down spouts too ! Not sure painting the entrance /door black unless you are up-grading the lighting . It is a bit of a dark hole now. I think a brighter color for the entrance might be better ... maybe a muted orange ( Prairie Lilly - BM ) would be fun . Or maybe not so black but a dark like "Willow " by BM . Would you be allowed or think about having a modern wrought iron fence (36 inches high ) down each side of your property /driveway as a divider from the other driveways ???

Why do you want to paint the brick? To look like the houses on either side?

Gloria I post for inspiration not specific paint. Go grab a paint wheel, bring it home and search for what you like! Especially if you are inspired by something posted on Houzz. I never suggest painting brick, but yours is not great looking and it isn't the whole facade.

I'm painting the brick for 2 reason. First, it breaks up an already small house and second and most importantly I think it's ugly.

What if instead of painting the brick to match the house, you painted the house to match the brick?

How does it not work? We picked a color out of bour colorful bricks to do our siding and it looks spectacular.
