My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Which brand/model is the wood floor please?

    @Sylviane Pasquet-Burke, thank you for your
    question. The wood flooring used throughout is called: #2 Common White Oak 2 ¼”
    and is seen in the Spice Brown color. You can find this flooring at Flooring

    The floor really looks site finished. Was the stain applied on site? White Oak is ideal for site finished stains. A lot less reds and pinks to deal with than Red Oak.
