Paint color for bedroom with oak trim?

I like taupe and pale gray but these don't go with the oak trim and doors in my upstairs bedrooms.

    I actually think that a taupe works very well with oak. It a nice neutral color that pairs well with many wood tones. Also, if you like grays and taupe, try greige. I'm currently on the hunt for the perfect greige paint color now, which will pair with my oak cabinets.
