ID for my parents, please!

This is in my parents' yard, in Seattle Washington. It's been there at least 20 years (probably more) and is reasonably tall (4 - 5 feet) and mainly had one bloom per stem rather than clusters. Any thoughts? It's not likely to be anything too uncommon.

So pretty, thank you for sharing! I like the variation of coloring in the one bloom, it's so striking!

Mildly fragrant, to my nose. Seil, is there another name for Grenada? I can't find it on HMF...

Try Granada...:) The rose looks familiar but I'm darned if I can think of what I am reminded. I did think of Troika/ Royal Dane but your rose looks too frilly.

My Granada wasn't frilly like that and was pretty fragrant as I remember. But I wish I knew what it was as it is beautiful

Thanks everyone! Yeah, it could be Granada, though as countrygirl noted - it seems more frilly than most of the photos on HMF... It is lovely, isn't it?

It was a J&P rose, so it very well could've been more widely grown 20yrs or more ago.
