It's difficult to tell because the sample colors aren't close enough to the cabinets, but you don't want them to MATCH each other, just compliment each other. That being said, I think that the lightest stain sample color would compliment your beautiful cabinets the best. Again, though, it is rather difficult to tell for sure based on your pictures, sorry!

Cherry cabinets wood floor.

Darker would also need a slight nod to red.

If you are going for rustic I suggest thinking about this:
The image above has enough red to satisfy the cabinets yet will also blend with he countertops.

I suggest you go to a big box store and get engineered samples and see what works on a larger scale.
