My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Cordillera Stairs

Hi Mr Sater,
I am a huge fan of Sater Designs & have purchased 3 books from your company! We are thinking of purchasing the Cordillera plan from you but we have a question: looking at the plan we see one stair case only. Is it just ONE staircase for the whole house or is there another somewhere? And is it possible to please see a picture of this staircase? We searched everywhere but there are many pictures of staircases of other Sater house but not one for Cordillera:-( Thanks a lot and have a wonderful day!

    Thank you for your interest in our Cordillera plan! There is only the one staircase in the Cordillera, but there is always the option to modify our plans. Unfortunately, I do not have any photography of the staircase. If there are any other questions we can help with, feel free to email Danielle at danielle@saterdesign.com.

    I am so sorry I did not respond back. Houzz doesn't give me any notification that there was a response to my comment. We do have a few that already have two staircases. Olde Cypress Point, Camellia Manor, Elise, La Riviere, Capucina, Burke House, San Lorenzo, and Coach Hill.
