Front view of starter plants. These I will be able to divide next year for twice as many. If anyone likes any of these, I will share the name. I just love colocasias and cannas.They should work well with the plumerias as the Stars.

jandey1, Thanks for the comment. This place was junk trees which took 5 years to clear. Then for the next 6 we have worked on installing the gardens. The tropical is our biggest project. I'm thinking it will be 3 years to finish it. Gardens are awesome!

We just moved the bananas, cannas, elephant ears apart by several feet because they have grown a good so much since these pics were taken. It's amazing! I hope I selected varieties that will keep up with the growth of the plumerias.

Thanks, Laura. The house is small but it was to me an empty canvas waiting for a painting to appear. I can tell from your beautiful place that you know what it is like, all the work. And it takes a lot of time. The plumerias will just give it what it needs. I just need to keep them alive! Thanks for all your help. I read every thread!

I will definitely post updates, though the fence will likely go up next Spring. Then the fun begins. I'm thinking when the fence goes up, it will be easier to visualize since there will be a defined space. I'm so excited to get going on this one. It is so hard to be patient!

Terri, I would be in heaven with all of the sun you have in your yard, and the photos are great. Just a beautiful garden you have. I have a heavily wooded lot and just got interested in plumeria a couple of years ago so my plants are pretty much limited to a small area in my driveway that gets 6 to 8 hours of summer sun. Can't wait to see your plumeria orchard next year.
