Question on pepper spacing for pollination....

Hey guys, I have several beds of peppers that I want to use for seed collection to reduce my seed-buying cost (roughly $4,000 per year!). I have a greenhouse with these bids aligned side-by-side and peppers in them that are roughly 22-24 inches apart. Closest one leans in about 20 inches. I have been trimming the tops so that they don't come in close to each other as well.

So for seed-saving, how much of a worry is cross pollination? Am I going to get stuck with a bunch of hybrids next season?
