My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Umbrella functionality

I am interested in purchasing this umbrella but require knowing if it is only decorative or is it a functional rain umbrella?

    Hello and thank you for your interest in our company. The 40" Emperor Umbrella is made of saa paper. It is not waterproof and can only be used as a decorative umbrella or to shade oneself from the sun. We do have many waterproof umbrellas, which you can see and purchase from us here on Houzz.
