Hi everyone! We recently bought a house. The house itself is big, but the kitchen is rather small. We had the countertops re-done with Cambria Torquay (Quartz) and its got the white & light grey coloring of marble) SInce the cabinets are white I'm trying to decide on a backsplash. Something that is neutral so i wont be locked into a bright color, and also somwething that isn't too dark since i feel like that would make the kitchen look even smaller (am i right?) I love the look of a white qulited pillow square pattern, and also the white beveled arabesque pattern, but my question is: Will a shiny white design for the backsplash be TOO much white, or do you think it could bring enough contrast if the pattern is interesting enough? I'm including two pics of the kitchen and also the bright blue wall that is ajacent to the kitchen in the breakfast nook. The paint color in the kitchen (yellow-ish cream) also doesnt seem to be the best color so any suggestions on paint color would be great also! Thank you in advance!!!!
