Sun-bleached Sans

My apartment building is undergoing renovation/new construction and the crew moved several large plants (2 peace lilies, a split-leaf philo, a fiddle leaf fig and a sans) from one of our lobbies outside into full sun. I have moved them to a shady place and care for them until they can come back inside. My question is about the Sans. Will the bleached out to lime green leaves regain their dark green shade or should I divide it up, remove those leaves and let it start over? Each clump has normal colored new growth/

New pups are always a lighter color. Sunburn would eventually turn into dead spots on the leaves. These leaves look fine.

I don't believe the sun bleaching will re darken, I could be wrong. How bad does it look? And what happened to the other plants, did they get sun scalding?

Sans2014, the other plants were shaded a bit by construction stuff, so no scalding. The Sans was sitting atop a tool cabinet and received the brunt of the sun. They aren't that bad, just a bit lighter green.

Tiffany, here is a picture. I divided and repotted, cut two longer blades to root. I'm keeping them inside to keep an eye on them. seriously thinking about bringing the other plants to my apt. to keep safe until they can go back to lobby. For those who live in high rise apartments and have kitties, the grid across the window is a Closetmaid shelf that was cut to fit across the window. Large cup hooks hold it in place. After two neighbors lost their cats when screens were bumped and fell, both were from 8th floor. My cat knocked a screen loose but he did not fall, thank heavens.

The plant looks pretty good, I feared worse. The leaves are healthy just sun bleached. If you wanted to repot, it is probably not a bad Idea. You could divide them, sun bleached from dark green. I personally don't think it looks that bad. The other thing to consider is who's plant is it and do they mind you "fixing" it? But it is good that you have sheltered this plant or it could have gotten a very nasty sun burn. I'll be interested in the end results of this rescue! (I'm also looking forward to Tiffany's comments too!) I hope I've helped. Any further questions Just ask.

Sans2014, the plants are a part of our community garden group and will be returned to it's spot in the lobby when construction permits. The photo was taken after dividing and repotting.
