Mosser Lee Soil Test

One section of my lawn just doesn't seem to catch on like the rest of the lawn does. I tested the soil and my PH levels were at 7.0.

Nitrogen - low

Phosphorous - low

potassium - High


lets speak on if this test is accurate. What do these results tell me?
