Hi, can you tell me about these floors? Wood? Tile? Laminate? Hard to tell in a photo and I love the color... I have to tear out my beautiful hardwood and replace it with tile or laminate due to water vapor issues and I want this look. Thank you in advance!

The floor is engineered and factory finish wood. The color is greyish white stain in 7" width. If you like gray stain, I recommend factory finish. Gray stain is pretty tricky to get the specific color. Floor finisher always tells that they can match any color we want. But not for gray.
