My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What are the ceiling panels and how are they attached?

    The ceiling panels are made of O.S.B. (oriented strand board) and they are suspended with stainless steel bolts and washers. Glad you like them.

    They look smooth surface.. was anything done to them prior to paint? Anything on the edges of the panels or just painted?
    What is above the panels? Exposed ceiling, drywall or ?

    The panels are simply painted and they just hide the exposed floor structure above. The area above the gaps in the panels is painted black.
