What do buyers expect to find in non-master bathrooms in high-end homes? We have a choice of quartz, granite or solid surface. All appear to be equally stain resistant (a good thing in the bath room), but the solid surface has the advantage of seamless appearance, and can be repaired. However, I'm not convinced that buyers even consider technical specs but instead, focus on trends and emotional responses, and we don't want to install anything that will automatically elicit "that will have to be replaced". On the other hand, budget is a consideration, and the solid surface is a more moderate price. Thanks.
