Can anyone please tell what materials were used for the construction of the porch. I’m currently In search of affordable ideas to remodel my front porch & landing, Thank you in advance.

The porch appears to be wood boards with multiple layers of paint or some old vinyl. Do you see the staining and cracking and how the boards cup? The finish is not waterproof and the boards have gotten moist and warped over the years. They may all need to be replaced. The steps are shot.

The photos rendered are of my home, I was inquiring to the the steps/porch that’s viewed on Houzz. There are No details as to what the material use to make the porch so beautiful, but thank you for the evaluation.

Hi- Thanks for reaching out and the kind compliments on our porch design. This home features standard brushed concrete floors -- the decor was purchased thru local retailers 4 years ago when we designed the home. Consider using colorful area rugs, seating and pillows,
The featured awning striped drapery added another layer to serve for practical privacy needed for down town living and more design dimension. Best of luck !
